TED token has launched!
We’re pleased to announce that our governance token, TED, launched successfully this Tuesday. Here’s a brief overview and a glimpse of what comes next.
Availability and Trading
On Tuesday at 12 p.m. UTC, the token became available on Gate.io. Shortly after, we established a liquidity pool on Plenty V2. We collaborate with a professional market maker to ensure smooth trading on both platforms.
At the same time, the first part of the community airdrop and the IDO allocation was unlocked. The airdrop is now available in our app. Remember that you will have until July 09, 2024, to claim your airdrop tokens. The tokens vested from the IDO are available on the Team Finance platform.
Governance Pool & Rewards
All holders of the TED token can join the Governance Pool and receive rewards on their TED tokens. At the moment, the rewards mechanism dispenses 500k TED per year. This translates to roughly 90% APR at the time of writing.
As more TED tokens join the pool, the APR will be lower. This means that the APR can be highly volatile and is not guaranteed. More information can be found here.

- Airdrop Claims: 372,338 TED so far.
- Governance Pool: 514,566 TED deposited.
- Votes: 505,906 in total.
- Public Delegates: 11.
- Delegation Rate: 75% of votes have been delegated.
